Pastor Rock and Deborah are the overseers of C3 Alive Church Uganda. With a heart for transformation and discipleship, they are dedicated to overseeing the church in making a positive impact on lives, communities, and generations.

Ps Phabian Ssemugenyi

Executive Pastor

Ps Phabian Ssemugenyi

Phabian Ssemugenyi is the overseer and cordinator of the C3 church Uganda churches in Hoima, Buliisa, Masindi, and Kasangati. He is also the lead Pastor of C3 Alive Matugga, he brings a passion for community and spiritual growth to his leadership. 

Ps Edwin Masereka

Executive Pastor

Ps Edwin Masereka

Edwin Masereka heads the Church planting and Entrepreneurship department, while also overseeing Administration and acting as the liaison for C3 East and West Africa. His expertise and leadership drive innovation and collaboration within the organization, ensuring a seamless connection across the churches.

Ps Neghema Mbusa

Finance

Neghema Mbusa

Neghema Mbusa leads the Finance department at C3 Alive Church ensuring financial stability and transparency. He also doubles as the Administrator for the C3 Alive Churches in Bwera, Kasese, and Nyamabuka in Western Uganda.
